We apologise for any disruption caused by the removal of our existing support portal. This is necessary in order to prepare our new billing and support site for launch in the coming weeks.
This one stop customer service website will bring vast improvements to billing and ordering, as well as a new helpdesk, improved knowledge base and more efficient announcement functions.
Many of our customers have told us they prefer the direct email support on offer since we removed the previous helpdesk, so don't worry, you'll also still be able to email support directly at help(at)sonnetuk.net instead of using the web based helpdesk if you prefer.
Until the new site launces, you can still access the existing support and billing areas using the normal URLs:
